I defaulted on a mortgage in spain in 2009 due to bad information and advice from expat “experts” but the Spanish bank has stated on my credit report the default date being 2016,
Can this be removed or amended to show the correct default date

Until you've exhausted all possible routes with the lender, you can't really do much else. These things take time.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.
