Cel defence help! 9th Feb 18 at 11:08 AM
    Hi Guys,

This topic may have already been covered but I would like some up to date advice/template on a defence against CEL if anyone can help me!

So I received a claim letter on behalf of CEL for a contravention that occurred during April 2017.

The particular states that the car park the car was in was 'Bellevue' which I assume is the car park owned by Star Park on 257 Greenwich High Road.

I must have received one or two letters in the post regarding this but did not open the letters.

Since then I have changed address as well as sold the car on.

Any advice appreciated, I have acknowledged the claim on Monday so could do with defence template to get the case dismissed.

Everyone is politely asked to read up on this in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Go there now ,(#2,) for advice on how to deal with this.

Lots of cel threads to read up too

Just break the link, same as everyone else does

so "http" becomes "hxxp". We then fix it to say "http" again.

You will not "get a defence template to get the claim dismissed". That isnt how the legal system works.

    Get reading.
