    Smart Parking PCN

Smart Parking PCN 8th Feb 18 at 1:44 PM
Hi all I was wondering if someone could give me some advice with my situation. I received a PCN through the post from smart parking wrongfully. The ANPR picked up my car driving into the car park and then after just under 3 hours later driving out. A parking ticket was paid for 3 hours which was unfortunately thrown away before the PCN arrived. Does anyone know if the ticket machines and the ANPRs are connected? I've already tried reading the NEWBIES thread but I couldn't see anything that could help. I have also tried looking for a template to use that people on other threads keep talking about but I can't seem to find any. Any help or advice would be brilliant as I refuse to pay for the fine.
    Thank you in advance

Who is this 'smart parking wrongfully' you speak of?

That aside, you would be wise to read post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky/pinned thread where you will find the template appeal you are looking for.
Just send it as it is. No need to change anything.

Please read the rest of that sentence and also read the BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS immediately below that appeal text.

Smart Parking were given a special mention in the House of Commons last week. Watch it here

The House of Commons had a second reading of a bill to curb these scammers last Friday, you can watch it here

Might I suggest that you give the pot a stir and tell your story to your MP
