    Unlock T-mobile/Asda 8th Feb 18 at 12:05 PM
I started using a mobile phone last year.
When I switch it on, there is a T-Mobile banner, and then an ASDA banner.
If I want to unlock the phone, do I have to contact T-Mobile, or do I have to go to ASDA?

T-Mobile is part of EE, which Asda Mobile also runs on. Which network SIM are you using? Unless they give you a free unlock the cheapest and simplest solution is probably to buy an unlock code on eBay for the particular phone model.

The phone has a T Mobile logo as well as a Samsung logo.
When I switch it on, a T Mobile heading appears, and then an ASDA heading appears.
I got the SIM from ASDA.
The phone had previously been unused for about 5 years.
Will it still be possible to unlock it?

    Contact EE to unlock.
