    ZZPS/QDR solicitors - advice please 8th Feb 18 at 11:47 AM
    Hi all,

In October I received a PCN at my place of work (hospital) for parking 45 minutes before my permit allows for, I put the ticket in my car and completely forgot about it. The PCNs are issued by Indigo Park Services.

Either December/January I received two letters from ZZPS saying that they were now seeking the payment and that it increased from £40 to £110. I read a couple of forums on here that advised to not respond to them.

Today I’ve received a letter from QDR solicitors saying they have been instructed by ZZPS and they want me to make the full payment of now £146 in 14 days, And “failure to do so may result in us recommending to our client that we pass this matter over to our litigation department. This may mean they will look to obtain a county court judgement. “

I’m just looking for some advice, should I respond to this? Should I pay it? Or do I continue to ignore it?

If I do continue to ignore it, what will likely be the next thing to happen?

    Thanks

    You'll get more nonsense.
Idiots please note: If you intend NOT to read the information on the Notice of Allocation and hand a simple win to the knuckle dragging ex-clampers, then don't waste people's time with questions on a claim you'll not defend.

They CANNOT look to obtain a CCJ ........ ONLY ONLY ONLY
if it went to court and you lost, did not pay as instructed
by the court, would a CCJ come into play.

This is fake news and very misleading and menacing

This is rogue trader stuff and you should complain to
Trading Standards and if QDR continue with their very
misguided thoughts, a complaint to the SRA

Complain to your MP in the most robust terms you can muster,
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
