    Honestly, it would probably make more sense for you to describe your circumstances and ask if you can claim them, rather than have people list all those who would and wouldn't qualify.

    How much do they receive from all sources of income (final figures for last tax year and an estimate for the current tax year if it's changed significantly)?

    How many hours do they work?

    Any disabilities?

    I think you also need to check if they're in a Universal Credit area.
