Car park operator changed 13th Jan 18 at 10:07 PM
Out for a stroll today and took a short cut through the local hospital grounds. I noticed on the parking signs that the original car park operator's name has been crossed out and no new name has replaced it. If someone were to get a parking charge notice and appealed would this have any bearing on the outcome?

Maybe, if the signs were defaced or the name completely covered up. Which PPC?

What would the position be if someone had removed the duct tape I wonder?

Would the on seat PPC have a case? I doubt it.I

Sounds like there is no PPC currently authorised. Keep photos if you use that car park.
