Hi all, I have recently received a civil parking charge from athena ANPR, except this one is an over due reminder. I have not received any letters prior to this, I have been on to their website and it doesn't give me the opportunity to appeal the charge as the appeal date has been and gone. where do I stand with this/ what action should I take? Any advice would be great.

Read the NEWBIES thread, you appear to have missed the 'READ THIS FIRST' FAQS.

Search this parking forum for Athena as a keyword.

Copy what everyone else does with Lidl PCNs.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
