Land Registry Questions - timescale 11th Jan 18 at 4:27 PM
So sorry if this is in the wrong place, I can view the Land Registry section but Iím not sure how to post directly there.

Iím submitting a minor change to a floorplan to the land Registry as part of a sale and wondered if someone could give a rough timescale of how long this is likely to take to be processed?

    Thank you!

why does a floor plan need changing? Are you increasing/reducing the property boundary or just altering the internal lay-out?

Thanks for your reply, very slightly increasing the floorplan. It’s all been signed off legalities wise and sent off to LR.

Again, are you actually changing the boundary of your property?

If not then it has nothing to do with LR.

Realised my wording was incorrect, increasing boundary not floorplan. Apologies!
