    I dont have enough deposit for a buy to let property. Is there any reputable companies that have property syndicates? Or is this not something they do?

    You are about 12 years two late.

    They were queuing up to take your money and leave you with a problem then.

    If you don't have the deposit you cant afford it. Buy with a friend but not with a stranger for commercial reasons.
