Out of date driving licence 9th Jan 18 at 12:16 AM
I have a photo licence which is out of date but need to send for a new licence by post. I'm unsure if I need to send my old photo licence only with my application or do I need to send any other documents with the application form ?

What does it say on the form?
Punctuation, Spelling and Grammar will be used sparingly. Due to rising costs of inflation.

My contribution to MSE. Other contributions will only be used if they cost me nothing.

Due to me being a tight git.

Solution is not to send any. DVLA have a habit of losing entitlements etc on new licenses. Motorcycle riders seem to be particularly prone to receiving a new license and finding DVLA have decided they are no longer allowed to ride a motorbike.

Just tick the box saying that you have lost the old one and trhere is no need to return anything.

Where entitlements went awol, it was in the conversion from the old paper licence (= paper primary record) to the new photocard (= computer primary record). The OP is already on a photocard. If they check https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence they'll find everything is already recorded.
