Parkingeye ticket refund 8th Jan 18 at 6:33 PM
    Hello everyone,

Was just looking for advice. I received a parking fine in October that was unfair because the machine was broken. I stupidly paid it before it was raised to £100.

I went through the appeal process still, got rejected by Parkingeye, but then got approved by POPLA and had my Parkingeye ticket cancelled.

What are the steps I need to take to go about getting this refunded? I can't seem to find any contact details.

Many thanks in advance for any help you can give

    Not sure.
Is there no details on the website or documentation you have received?

    Thanks for the help,

For reference, I just called up a random number for clients and asked for a refund and they are sending a cheque. Easier than I thought!
