BW Legal County Court Claim Received 7th Jan 18 at 2:05 AM
Hello, I have been receiving letters from BW legal and other debt collection companies regarding a parking charge notice issued in February 2016. I have ignored all letters and now have received a county court claim form stating BW legal are claiming £305. The letter states an ANPR camera captured my registration. How should i go about this? I can't even remember this happening and do not want to pay this ridiculous amount.

    Thank You

The NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 walks you through the entire court process, from the issue of the initial Letter Before Action right up to the full preparation of all your documentation and your hearing.

    Which parking company is involved?
We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.

The company was Excel parking. I've read the FAQ thread. Do you think its worth defending my claim or should I just pay the full fee?

    Thanks

Why not simply search the forum for BW Legal court and have a laugh.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
