Completed today - now told oww more money 5th Jan 18 at 11:29 AM
I need some help (and to rant). We have completed on our house this morning and was picking the keys up this afternoon. However, the developers solicitors have contacted ours to say they made an error and we owe £2000 more. They made a mistake on forms. What do I do?

Get in touch with your solicitor to investigate the matter.

They are. Legally the house has completed and they have released the keys. We've paid what they asked and solicitor said we are covered, it's their solicitors human error. However,
Waiting to hear from developer who is in talks with their solicitor who's messed up!

Did you check the completion statement?
