    ~Make upto £10 a day challenge January 2018~ 31st Dec 17 at 2:53 PM
    Hello and welcome everybody

This is the 125th month of this challenge, which was first started by Batgirl, in September 2007. A link here to the original thread as I am sure some of you are interested to read where it all began.

Thanks to Batgirl for starting it, lynnejk and ALL posters, for helping us to keep the thread going. Thanks to previous challengers who used to run this thread too, Rawdinosaur, Emmaglet, Nat21luv, Monkeynut, Sweetpeas, Purpleroses, JesaRose, MizMir.

I have decided to rename this challenge as reading posts, it seems to put people off thinking they HAVE TO make £10 a day.

    You don't.

The original purpose of this challenge was to help people to try and make an extra £10 a day on top of their normal income to help things along. Ie paying off debt, making savings, paying for holidays, overpaying mortgages etc.

That is exactly what this challenge is about, attempting to make extra income on top of your normal income to help you wherever you need it.

People start the challenge by setting a goal of £1 a day. Then when they find they are smashing this regularly, they up it to £5 a day. Some of us gluttons for punishment go for £10 a day. It really is entirely upto you. We only ask you to post what your goal is to help you keep motivated. Some days you make more and some days you make less, but aim for extra at the end of the month.

The idea is that everyone posts how they are making extra money and these shared ideas help all of us to learn new ways to help cut debt or earn/save money.

    What cannot be added:
    Wages from your main job

    What can be added:
    Overtime
    Income from a second job
    Daily clicks
    Interest
    Vouchers
    Mystery shopping
    And much, much more.

This board moves pretty quickly, so be sure to subscribe and read it regularly.

    Link to previous thread.

So who wants to kick 2018 into a financially working for you year?

Join this challenge and let's make those bank accounts fat, mortgages paid off, holidays paid off, savings account grow fatter, debts paid off and much much more!!!

sorry for not being around everyone, real life getting in the way. DS had no clubs so was doing longer hours at work to compensate for having to leave early for 2 weeks.

Booked to go up north for SIL engagement party, naturally went through a cashback site and the transactions have tracked, so now to wait for payout.

SD wedding in March will drive up for that one. Holiday clubs as easter...

no where nearer to moving, Landlord turned up unexpectedly and mentioned he was thinking of selling to someone who would buy to rent.... doesn't mean they would want to keep us in there and even if they did, they would up the rent.

I think it's time to move on and away the area is going downhill and our latest neighbours are a nightmare. I know, I know, no matter where you go, you don't know who will be living next door to you. But this particular house has a high turn over off tenants due to some dodgy thing the landlady has going on....

    anyway enough moaning...

I am plodding on, selling when things sell, cashback sites, daily clicks, receipt apps, etc and making a bit here and there. Need to start making more but DH is being his usual, i won't have you on screens... I said good, I won't submit your timesheet or tax return then!

also not been well. I think I have a chest infection but no point going drs they won't help. so plodding on and early nights.

well done to everyone who has been making some amazing amounts of money and well done to those who are making money. You are all stars.

Nice to see lots of new faces, some old and lots of positivity and moneymaking going on.

Evening all. A good couple of days. £69.25 matched betting for me to edge me closer to my monthly total.

Went swimming this afternoon, a private pool with family. Not too far from where we live either. It was beautiful. Out of town, and the pool looked out over nothing but fields. On the way home in the car, I said, our next house will have a swimming pool. It's good to dream! One day, I'll fulfil that one of mine.

    Have a good week all.

Well done all the money-makers Some of you doing really well considering it's only just coming up to the middle of the month

Soo sorry to read things aren't going too well for you atm Aesop. Sending a big, squishy hug and hope everything will soon turn around and improve

At long last I have managed to claim a payout from Global people and so £25 to pay friends. Also £2.50 for regular weekly scans to add

Have also claimed £70 vouchers from cons pulse, aiming to buy a new mini CD player, but I won't count that this month as I count this every week as I earn points

Hope you all have a money-making Monday

Nothing to report for me except aching limbs after a two and a half hour yoga workshop on Saturday. Just shows how unfit I have become.

Nice to see you Aesop and hugs to you. OH's who moan about us trying to earn a bit extra need gagging!

Thought I would take this moment while we are still in January to make some goals for my on line sites.

Neobux....which takes up a bit of my time but wont show any withdrawals for a couple of years yet.......I am aiming to be an Ultimate member by end of April. This costs $880 dollars so you can see why I arent making any money yet. Am up to $505 so a way to go yet.

Inbox pounds....I am on £12.81 and I desperately want to get to £20 so I can cash out and cancel account. Bores me but wont give up on what Ive earnt so far.

Gifthulk.....Need another 15000 GH to get to the top level Diamond.
Its a slow earner but I dont mind it and hoping with reaching top level, payouts will come quicker.

InstaGC.......keep plodding and getting amazon vouchers until I have withdrawn enough to start getting paypal payouts.

Carboot.......I WILL have one huge one this year and clear my loft out. Dont mind doing the carboot itself....its the getting it all out the loft thats the problem.

The rest of my sites will just be business as usual with swagbucks probably still being my best and most consistent payer.

Well done everyone on amounts made so far this year. Some fantastic amounts made.

Is it this week you are off work, Kantankrus? I read one of your earlier posts when you mentioned it but I've forgotten. Mind like a sieve these days I'm sorry to say

No wonder you are feeling the effects of the yoga. Two and a half hours of it?

I'm looking forward to the outdoor car boot season too. Starts around Easter time. Sadly, I didn't take as many opportunities as I could have last summer, must do better this year to clear every last bit of clutter. I'm a fair weather booter. The slightest mention on the weather forecast of overnight rain and I decide not to go. Then when I wake up on the day it's bone dry and looks set to stay that way. It's too late by then to get the car all packed up and drive quite a way to the site. You have to be at my favourite one by 5.30 in the morning. The field tends to get waterlogged though so a dry night before it is essential. Indoor tabletop sales are OK at a push but it's harder work having to keep carrying stuff from car to hall, plus there isn't anything like the space and the amount of buyers can be dire.
