To use Guineapigsqueaks/my own wording, "A new thread for declutterbugs in 2015 2016 2017 2018!"

I'm going to aim to get rid of 2018 items in 2018.
There are some lovely tips on the KonMari thread here, set up by the talented Slinky: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5681824

Of particular note is post 4 of where you can get rid of unwanted items:
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=69806488&postcount=4

Welcome one and all and happy decluttering!

This Forum tip was included in MoneySavingExpert.com's weekly email!

Sorry forgot to add from yesterday.

Tidied and threw away some of the crud in the downstairs toybox.

Not added on as dozens of small things.

360-365:as a result of emptying lots of pretty storage boxes the other day,I now had 3 boxes ready to donate next time I am at the charity shop.
Then I had a friend come and visit me this afternoon.Just as she was leaving ,I asked her if she happened to need lots of pretty boxes.Oooohh, yess please .So 6 boxes (actually 3 boxes, and an unopened package of 3 boxes) out of the house.
As well as that, just as I was typing this post,I have had collected,a punching bag and 2 punching/boxing gloves.I had tried to sell them on facebook selling pages about 8 months ago,and had no interest (one silly-low offer, which I rejected). This afternoon I relisted, accepted £20 instead of the £30 I had advertised, and it was out of the house in about an hour .In 16 months of decluttering, this is only the second item I have tried to sell.I really just want stuff out of the house,so end up donating. But I knew I could probsbly sell this quickly.
So counting a punching bag and pair of gloves as items numbered 366-368.
