WHICH are asking again for consumer problems

    https://whichcouk.bsd.net/page/s/which-taking-on-2018

Which are pretty good at hitting the government with
    consumer problems.
No harm in them hearing from you, I have done it for
the great parking scam and their dodgly solicitors

Only takes a couple of mins

Will be filling in mine now. Just another thought to get this on Which's radar - asking whether data sharing between DVLA/PPC/solicitors/debt collectors is compliant with the incoming GDPR.

Plus I mentioned that a certain Scottish MP wants to introduce this in his country to flood the courts there as well.

We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.

As above. Also included the dubious role of the DVLA should be investigated.

Bumping so new posters and regulars all tell Which? how scammish this gutter industry is.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

I’m tempted to suggest we ask any newbie to post up their case/observations about their recent PCN on the Which site before offering any assistance, particularly those who have avoided reading the NEWBIES sticky.

Let us see what they’ve posted, then we’ll help. Surely it’s not too big an ask for significant forum help in getting them off their ticket?
