Not parked in allotted bay 7th Dec 17 at 8:02 PM
    Hi,
I got a ticket today at car park opposite Didcot station, as I parked alongside a car, not in a genuine bay but not blocking anyone in any way. It was from pps for not parking in an allocated bay. I agree I wasn't but do I really have to pay the £60 or £100 charge?
    Many thanks

is it a private car park or a railway car park ?

either way , read the NEWBIES FAQ stricky thread at the top of this forum, it explains what you must do and when

and edit your post to remove any personalisation

THE DRIVER parked on that car park

THE KEEPER may well be getting an NTK in the post in 29 to 56 days

only use the terms THE DRIVER and THE KEEPER

    not "ME , MYSELF & I"
    Newbies !!
Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

''PPS'' - you mean Premier Parking Solutions? Or who?
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
