Buying and selling, agents, vendors & dates.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many ups and downs, partner in tears, agents not chasing information, will it wont it...

8 weeks on, yesterday the "buyers, buyer" had pulled out, chain collapse, then by 5pm, its possibly back on...

Wont be doing this in a rush again...

Praying for exchange by 22nd and complete by 5th????

    2 hopes...

The trick is not to become so emotionally involved.

    Easier said than done.

There are an incredibly large number of variables involved in the house buying/selling process, and there are probably only a few that you might be able to control.

Why waste time and energy worrying about things over which you have no control?
