PE Given Marching Orders in Carlisle. Smart Parking Move In! 5th Dec 17 at 10:05 PM
Uncompromising approach from PE sees them issued with the Grand Order of the Boot. Car park owner seems to have decided that Smart Parking will offer customers much more flexibility! Yeah, right.

Early days, but frying pan and fire come to mind.

We cannot provide you with a silver bullet to get you out of this. You have to be in for the long run, and need to involve yourself in research and work for you to get rid of this. It is not simple. We will help, but can't do it for you.

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Last month, PE also got the boot from Priory Shopping Centre in Worksop.

It's amazing how often we see this sort of thing.

Scammer A gets booted out, due to the high number of customer complaints. So the landowner/managing agent gets Scammer B in to replace them, in the nave assumption that things will be different.

It never seems to occur to them that, in the vast majority of car parks, they will operate perfectly well with no PPC at all.
Speeding cases fought: 24 (3 of mine, 21 for others). Cases won: 20. Points on licence: 0. Private Parking Court Cases: Won 29. Lost 9.
