Long Shot 5th Dec 17 at 11:48 AM
    Hi all,

    Just a long shot,

finished contract with British Gas last Nov (2016).

Was written to today to advise they refunded twice and want £410.50 back asap.

I have checked the statement and they are right.

My question is, do i have to?

Just don't have £410.50 20 days before Christmas with a single income family.

Any help would be great folks,

Did you need to check your statement to know BG were correct?

They might agree with a payment plan.

Did you not notice an extra £400 in your bank account?.

I'm sure that most of us would wonder where it came from and investigate rather than just spending it
