    The Pru have written to me asking me to verify my address. But I donít have a record of the policy and I need the policy number to reply. How can I get the policy number, please?

    I suspect a SAR may do the trick.
    Can people stop loaning money/being a guarator to family/friends, it rarely ends well and you lose out as your money is gone or you get shafted with being a guarantor.

    Write back to them enclosing a copy of the letter. It should have references or a bar code on it to allow them to identify the policy.
