    Hi

I am looking at purchasing a 25% share in a SO with a Property Management Company. It is a new build property which I viewed at the weekend and found out that there are no carpets in any of the rooms and the Property Company bought the houses from the developer like this. I would have to carpet the whole house myself. Is this what usually happens? I have bought new build myself in the past and all carpets were included.

    Thanks

We have just bought a new build, and will have to do our own carpeting too. Apparently, because they had so many people asking to change them, they stopped doing it. Not sure how true that is, but I found it odd too.
