Item undeliverable how to refund? 4th Dec 17 at 2:33 PM
I posted this question couple days ago but then couldn't find it so think I must've done something wrong! Anyway to cut a long story short, buyer in a flat who fails to mention delivery requires access keys, parcel on its way back to me. How do I refund so I get my fees back, do they have to open a not received case?

Yes, get them to open a case for INR.

....and remember to block the buyer to stop them repeating their error!

Hi, sorry for taking so long to come back on here, thank you for your help. Despite Shutl attempting to get parcel delivered again it has now been returned to me as undeliverable as yet again courier could not gain access.

Have blocked them and am wondering if its possible to report them to Ebay as same thing is just going to happen to other sellers.

Getting them to open a INR should be fun as she doesn't appear to understand anything about Ebay, I'm still getting messages asking me to 'bring the parcel round at such and such a time'!

I'm still in need of help. No contact from buyer all week. Parcel has been returned to me by courier and is actually showing in tracking as delivered (ie my signature on its return). There is no option in the drop down list on Ebay to cancel the transaction, I presume due to it being posted and Ebay have now marked it as 'delivered' on the order details page. Does anyone know if there is any way I can refund her without losing fees and gaining a defect?

You refund direct from PayPal (assuming that is how they paid) and then open a case on Ebay to state you no longer wish to carry out the transaction.

Personally I would wait a while longer and insist on an INR being opened.

Just keep repeating that she should open a case - do NOT refund otherwise.
