Do we really need to click on those 'Have you won' emails and go through 2 or 3 pages of a website to find out if you've won ? Has anyone won before and been notified ?
    Thanks

Yep, someone has won before, missed the Have you Won email and received a separate email, but whether that is usual practice is another matter. Might not be worth the risk not checking the Have you Won email.

It could be that you actually hadn't won when you clicked on the "Have I won" email but the person that did/Should have won chose to not go through the "Have I won" process so effectively didn't claim their prize, so they picked someone else (ie, you)?
