Transfer of Equity/Deed of Trust 4th Dec 17 at 9:23 AM
I am in the process of finding a solicitors who can organise a Transfer of Equity on a mortgage and write up a Deed of Trust. Any recommendations?

My ex partner is coming off the mortgage and my friend is coming on to it.

    Thank you!

p.s I have another thread under 'Tenants in Common' which explains my situation further.
