Pay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2018 4th Dec 17 at 4:17 AM
Welcome to PART 1 OF Pay ALL Your Debt Off By Xmas 2018!

Firstly I would like to welcome all new and existing members from last years thread.

Anyone is welcome to join this challenge and it is NEVER too late. There is also no amount of money too small or too large that will stop you from joining this challenge. We have several members who will be on their debt journey for several years to come, but they are part of this thread to pay off a fixed amount of their debt as the support on here is fantastic!
So, if you think you can pay off all your debts by Christmas or have a goal to pay off a certain amount then please join in!

This challenge runs until 27th December 2018.

To help me run this thread easily, could you please all post your totals in large text and in a bold colour and post the amount you have paid off // target amount

It would also be a big help if you could also put with it your challenge number.
i.e. another £50 paid off so now the total paid off for

    #001 is £315.43/£7685.67
By the way, don't worry about working out your % paid as I can do that for you!

I've paid off and/or stashed in savings £1081/12490 so far this year. (The debt is currently all on 0% so I make minimum payments and save the rest to collect little bits of savings interest).

We're away overnight in Leeds, we booked some of the £29 a night deals with Premier Inn. I'm determined to do things differently this year so we are taking cash with us and leaving the bank cards in the hotel room. If we haven't got it in cash then we can't have it x

I'm seem to be doing OK this month for money and repayments but I think it's because in December I couldn't bear to look at my current account and just put everything on a card

    So I've sent another £45: #145 £2784.89 / £19261 (14.46%)

How much I spend on food shopping today will dictate how much I can pay off tomorrow, here's hoping for a savvy shop!
