    hi im new to the forum just after some help iv been in receipt of hi rate dla mobility and no care ive
    re applied for pip and been awarded the enhanced rate for both care and mobility
    will i get the care back dated to when i calmed pip

    Simple answer is no i'm afraid you won't be back paid any money. This is because you were previously claiming DLA and for those who were there's no back pay. Backdated money is only for those who weren't claiming DLA previously.
