    What are the chances of ParkingEye allowing a set aside uncontested
    Nil but it is far better to have this merged with your existing thread than starting a new one.

    If you fail to get a set aside (and it should be automatic) the lack of £255 now will cost you a lot more in the future through higher interest etc,

    "Quick" solutions are not necessarily quick in the long run. Correct solutions are.
    Life's for living, get on with it rather than worrying about these. If they hassle, counter claim.

    Send them that costs schedule though, 24 hours before the hearing, and file it with the court. Take with you evidence that you have sent the costs schedule to them and when.
