Inform new address to cour.. 30th Nov 17 at 8:32 PM
    Hi all

I have just got a new address of Defendant after I sent application for a Third party debt order days ago.
I need to inform court about defendant's new address . How can I do it ?
Can I send by email or by post with a letter ? which is the best way to notify court ? .
    please advise

Can people stop loaning money/being a guarator to family/friends, it rarely ends well and you lose out as your money is gone or you get shafted with being a guarantor.
