I was turned down for PIP and now have 3 weeks left to put an appeal forward to the Tribunal. I called CAB who helped with the initial application but they arenít currently taking on referrals due to being fully booked up and so I need some help preferably with a charity who specialise in PIP applications/appeals. Thanks

You don't say whether you have asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration. This is the first step before you can appeal to Tribunal.
Statistically the vast majority of decisions are unchanged at MR stage, so if that is the stage you are at, I would just go ahead with your request without help.
It is more important to get help at the Appeal stage.
There is help online on citizens advice website. Or do you have a local Law Centre or Welfare Rights service?

CAB would be best but they're busy and might not be able to help in time.

The next place to try would be a charity that deals with your condition.

Some areas have welfare rights departments in the council or social services. There also might be a DIAL or other disability advice group in your area.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

If you didn't get a request in and are out of time then the way forward is different.
