    Hi,
    My dad has 11 years no claims with his last car insurer Saga, he switched to a new insurer last month but Saga wont give the details of the no claims to his new insurer. He has he no longer has the renew notice from Saga which may have had the detail son it. What can you advise to do??

    I would suggest he contacts Saga to get proof of his full NCB sent to him, then he can forward it to the new provider.
