    I think there are times when EAs just don't show enough photos in their RM ads

    Agreed, 20 photos of a shed certainly isn't enough!

    When we bought this place in 2013, one of the (relatively few) photos on the EA details was of a rather nice rotating wooden summerhouse in the garden.

    ...which turned out not to be included in the sale. We have an octagonal concrete pad with a hole in the middle...

    Mind you, if it had been included, it'd have been trashed by the branch the oak tree dropped there last summer.
