Is there a maximum allowable amount that the OR would allow?

I ask because I'm looking at a property that's £1040 per month which is high but it's inclusive of everything. Gas, elec, water, council tax, broadband, contents insurance.

I would be living there alone by the way.

That depends on the location. Someone in London will be allowed a greater amount than someone in Leeds.

Has your income increased since your last SOA?

IamWales, Slightly by about £250 but there is potential for overtime.
