    Hi All

I have had a quick read of the newbie stickie posts, but there is a LOT of info in there, and I got totally confused.

Having picked their few bits, All of the tills were jam packed, hence the reason they overstayed.
The person in question doesn't have receipts but do have evidence via bank payments etc, and they must visit that Lidl 2 or 3 times a week for various bits and bobs.

So my question is, how do they appeal this in the first instance? Do they need to go INTO Lidl, or contact Athena? I am a bit of a thicko at these things!

Apologies for the ramble, and thanks in advance

    Catherine

firstly , edit the above to remove any hint of who was driving

THE DRIVER did those things on the day

THE KEEPER has received a postal notice (NTK)

AN OCCUPANT of the vehicle should complain strongly to the store with proof of patronage and INSIST that this spurious charge is cancelled

if necessary , complain to their CEO at their head office

as for appealing , the KEEPER does that within the time specified (usually 21 days), if the store fail to cancel (using the black text template)

proof of patronage should be provided as copies or receipts or redacted bank statements

DO NOT REVEAL WHO WAS DRIVING , TO ANYONE
    Newbies !!
Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

So I went into my local Lidl, spoke to a manager who said she cant help me and if I want to appeal then I must go through the appeal process on the back of the letter and she couldnt do anything else. Then she walked away....

Complain to Lidl head office then - as suggested by Redx in post #2.

As this person reported earlier today:

OP -throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving.

You need to edit your OP to remove details of who was driving.

Sticking CEO LIDL into the forum search facility, and selecting Show Posts, will return many posts including this one.

include the above when you complain to head office

work out a rough ££ on how much you spend per week / month / year .... and let them know that they will loose that amount if they do not rip up the invoice that the PPC ...... 'THEY' employ to harasses you and your family while trying to shopping with them....

    good luck

OP if you have inadvertently used your real name as your forum name you need to ask MSE to change it to something totally anonymous.

If your real first name is in your OP then that needs editing.
