I have a isa with santander since 2015 and i moved some of it £25k to a new isa with rbs this year, but as the rate is so low with santander can i transfer the rest of the isa to another isa now?
    Thanks

Have you paid any any new money into a cash ISA this year? If you have, the whole amount must be transferred.

But are you sure a cash ISA is the best home for your savings?

thanks for your reply, i have not paid any more into my isa, but still have alot left in my old isa with Santander which i am thinking of transferring to AA as they are giving 1.36% for a fixed year.
I have not seen any other decent interest rate that anyone else is offering
