    Hi Looking for some help. I ordered a sofa from Achica (itís an online store) it didnít arrive within the specified window 30th October - 6th November I left it a week then started to chase. No phone number an online Ďcontact usí form have sent 5 of these, also private messaged via Facebook and posted on their page (donít like doing this and airing my business).No contact what can I do?
    Any help /solution would be much appreciated.

    Hi

    I have had so many issues with this Company I have all in all returned 5 chairs as they were damaged they have not refunded my money and they are not answering my messages on messenger or my emails. I have no phone number for them and have spoken to Dunelm once already. I really don't know how I am going to get my money back. I paid via paypal and have raised a dispute with them but I am not holding my breath. I have sent 18 emails and 20 messages but to no avail.

    After I rang Dunelm and logged my complaint about the sofa they arranged delivery after just a few days. They have now cancelled one of my other items and are apparently dispatching one of my rugs.
