the lease company should have named the hirer to the PPC

as you now have the extremely late pcn, you should do 2 things

    1) complain to the landowner and get it cancelled

if they dont cancel it , appeal on the PE website within 28 days of the pcn date , adapting this template in post #4 that I wrote a few weeks ago

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?p=73242562

they seem to have failed POFA2012, so stay as KEEPER/HIRER/LESSEE and appeal it

do not name the driver , assume I was driving the vehicle !!

Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

If so, sit and wait for your own PCN to arrive, then appeal as lessee/hirer, as Redx says.

This is fully covered in the NEWBIES FAQS with a section about lease car appeals.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
