Incorrect Template Used for Parking Charge Appeal 7th Nov 17 at 4:39 PM
    Hello all,

I used the newbies private parking ticket thread to send an appeal but when I received a letter from the parking company asking for the driver details, I revisited it and realised I used the IPC template instead of the BPA one.

The letter states that failure to provide the driver details will give them no alternative other than to make their final decision based on the information given and at this stage a POPLA verification code will be provided.

What should my next step be now?

    Thanks.

Wait patiently for your POPLA code.

Do not under any circumstances disclose the driver's identity.

The RK is under no obligation to provide any driver details and the PPC should consider the appeal on the merits submitted in any case.

Happens all the time, they are fishing. Wait for the POPLA code/rejection letter - as the letter says - it will come.

PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.

Are you going to post the same question on every thread? You have been advised nicely where to go for answers, READ the STICKIES but do not post your question at the bottom of the sticky thread!
