    1) The prize comprises:
    a) Standard class return rail travel for two from the UK mainland station nearest to the prize winnerís home address to London, unless the winnerís home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the hotel;
    b) Private transfer for two from arrival station in London to hotel near St Pancras International, if the prize winnerís arrival train station is not Kingís Cross St Pancras;
    c) One (1) nightsí luxury hotel accommodation for two (4* minimum) within 5 Ė 10 minutes walking distance of St Pancras International, prior to the rail trip, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a double/twin room on a bed and breakfast basis;
    d) An eight (8) day rail experience for two travelling through Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France, departing on the Eurostar from St Pancras International, comprising:
    o First class rail travel (Standard Premier Service on Eurostar) light (cold) meal and drinks, including beer or wine
    o Seven (7) nightsí hotel accommodation including:
    - One (1) nightsí accommodation at the Hotel Mondial am Dom or Marriott Hotel in Cologne, Germany based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a double/twin room on a bed and breakfast board basis
    - Three (3) nightsí accommodation at 5* Hotel Waldhaus in Sils Maria, Switzerland based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a double/twin room on a half board basis
    - Three (3) nightsí accommodation at 4* superior Grand Hotel Suisse Majestic in Montreux, Switzerland based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a double/twin room on a bed and breakfast board basis
    e) One (1), three-course dinner (excluding drinks) for two at a local restaurant in Montreux and at-seat meals on Eurostar and the TGV Lyria from Switzerland to Paris; TGV Lyria will include (cold) lunch with wine/beer
    f) Seat reservations for two on the Glacier Express, Bernina Express and Golden Pass (Panoramic or Classic) and three-course lunch (excluding drinks) on the Glacier Express train;

    h) A Montreux-Vevey Riviera Card giving the prize winner and their companion reductions on local transport and reductions on entrance fees to local attractions;
    i) First class Swiss Travel Pass (inclusions are subject to change for 2018 but for 2017 information please see here: https://www.swisstravelsystem.co.uk/en/node/66 ;
    j) Wine tasting for two in the Lake Geneva Region, travel by public transport (covered by Swiss Travel Pass). Guests will taste up to 3 different wines each;

    l) Private taxi transfer in Paris, from arrival train station to Gare du Nord for return Eurostar to London;
    m) One (1) nightsí luxury hotel accommodation for two (4* minimum) within 5 Ė 10 minutes walking distance of St Pancras International after the rail trip, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a double/twin room on a bed and breakfast basis;
    n) Private taxi transfer from hotel in London to departure station in London if the departure station is not Kings Cross / St. Pancras Station;
    o) Travel insurance
    p) £1,000 spending money for the prize winner only.

    2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations e-mail from Element and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
    3) The prize must be taken and completed between 8th January 2018 and 12th April 2018 or between 14th June and 17th October 2018 but cannot be taken during the Montreux Jazz Festival (29th June to 14th July 2018), or over any UK Bank Holidays (30th March 2018; 2nd April 2018; 27th August 2018). The prize and its components are subject to availability.
    4) Please note that the Chocolate Train does not operate from November through to April. It operates on certain days (usually Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) in May, June, September and October and every day in July and August.
    5) The prize winner and their companion must hold current and valid passports and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium and France. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.
    6) Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 69 years.
    7) Either the prize winner or their companion must be over the age of 18. Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the local laws in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France. It is highly recommended that the prize winner and their companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.
    8) The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
    9) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
    10) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
    11) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
    12) A cheque for the £1,000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winnerís name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
    14) The Prize Provider of the rail holiday is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL.
