CEL County Court Business letter 12th Oct 17 at 11:47 PM
I received a letter today with the issue date 04 Oct 2017. They are claiming £347.93. £50 being legal representative fee and £25 court fee. I responded to the AOS saying I would be defending claim and contesting jurisdiction which after reading more realised I could of and should of left blank. So Iím now winding what I should do from here?

This is covered in the NEWBIES thread post #2. Show us your defence, based on those there.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:

Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
