Have just seen the "know your lemons" illustrations in my Saga magazine.

Really good visual information of 12 warning signs.
Here's just one of the many links when you google it:

Let's all be fully aware , pass on the message and stay as safe as we know how

Saw a poster on the bus the other day saying words to the effect of "go and get your mammogram done, don't put it off"

I notice these scare tactics are most usually aimed at females..

Thank you Katiehound for sharing. My sister has just been diagnosed with breast cancer after finding a lump. I really feel screening age should be lowered.

I just thought that the lemons poster shows very clearly what to notice (far more than I had realised)

Here is the article which might be helpful- it was called "What's new in breast cancer care?":

My mammogram resulted in a recall for further investigation.

I do not want to become part of the cancer industry and the rah rah movement that is the breast cancer campaign.

I don't want to be "brave" and wear it like a badge/trophy

    Thank you Katy.

So important to be aware of any changes.

In remission for the second time but life is good.
