Bankruptcy and child maintenence 10th Oct 17 at 8:14 AM
Hi need some advice if possible

My ex partner went bankrupt and it has now gone to a company to deal with his 40% share of our property. He has refused maintenence payments and I was wondering if I can claw back any of them through his equity share and if so how do I go about it

    Thanks
