Redundancy Insurance 9th Oct 17 at 3:43 PM
I took out redundancy insurance that was miss-sold and obtained a final settlement minus my legal costs.
Does anyone know if I can make a Plevin claim again against the agent regarding his commission?
My solicitor at Seddons (Marvin) dealt almost exclusively with the agents indemnity insurers.

Plevin does not apply to missold plans. Only those rejected. This is because missold plans get 100% refund. There is nothing more to refund.
