    I'm off to Thailand soon and wil lbe hiring both a scooter and 4x4 while im there to use to get around (Ive driven BKK many times in both so know what the roads and people are like)

    Ive been looking at hire rices before I go and seen I will need an international driving licence/permit, wheres the best/quickest place to get one from please?

    AA and RAC also issue IDPs. Did mine by post with the RAC.
    Started my job at the bottom and liked it

    Assuming your UK driving licence is in English with a photo, do you actually need an IDP?
