    Morning, i am pulling my hair out shopping for mortgages has anyone come across any good deals with lenders?Preferably looking to fix for 5 years need to borrow £92,000 house value is £128,000

    You need to speak to a broker really. They will have good coverage on what is available in the marketplace for you

    There are several comparison sites out there to compare mortgage deals online and you can adjust length of term, duration of fix etc
