PIP decision letter got so many things wrong 7th Oct 17 at 4:35 PM
It says the claimant has "no specialist care package" but it was mentioned several times at the face-to-face they receive daily care from a care company. How could they get such a significant detail wrong? There are inaccuracies in their letter and they seem to have completely overlooked some info said to them.

yes they are complete !!!!!!s, don't get too annoyed.

i don't want to go into specifics but on page 1 of my pip claim they noted i had seen a specialist..., then on another page they said i hadn't seen that specialist (that they had noted), then on the next page they wrote "claimant indicates he has never seen [said] specialist".

i wrote in my mr request basically "the hcp has given 3 different versions of reality and you can see on page 1 this information is incorrect"

they just wrote that i have never seen the specialist, that they noted, and had photocopied documents from......

    this is why i asked:

because it seems like it is a coin flip, between them lieing and manipulating claimants evidence OR just being completely inept.

You have a right to record your assessments and i suggest everyone does it, they may enforce the rule that you have to give them notice prior to doing so usually 24 hours and insist on a copy of the audio before you leave. I guess this is to make sure they can manipulate your interview in ways that cant be proved otherwise from your audio recording.
