Question regarding anpr usage 7th Oct 17 at 11:52 AM
Hello all, I hope this isn't a stupid question. According to ICO's CCTV code of practice

"Appropriate signs must be provided to alert drivers to the use of cameras on the road network or in areas that vehicles have access to, such as car parks."

Are PPCs legally required to abide by this code of practice and can it be used as a point of defence if no such sign is in place?

    Newbies !!
Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se
