Looking for some recommendations for a decent pillow.

Cost, whatever it takes to get a good one, but as this is MSE budget options are very welcome and appreciated.

Pillows are too personal to recommend in my opinion, do you want soft, hard? standard size. bigger? memory foam, synthetic, down? washable ?

I have these and i absolutely love them

As above, it really depends on what you want spec wise.

We have some of these but they are king size as we have a superking size bed.

I used to have Sheridan Hungarian goose down until I married, when it seemed my OH was allergic.
After years of trial and error for the past few years we have used The Fine Bedding Company's "Spundown" pillows which come in either medium or firm. Washable at 60 and quick to dry too, they retain their bounce well and are the closest to goose down we have found.
