NSGL appeal 5th Oct 17 at 8:31 AM
Received pcn for overstaying permitted time.
Appealed on the grounds that I was using all facilities on site. Gym B&Q DW Sports shop and Costa.
Appeal acknowledged but no outcome. Then I get final notice to pay.
Any ideas what happened to my appeal, does such a process exist?
    What are my options now?

Everyone is politely asked to read the Newbies faq thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread

Go there now to understand the game you are now involved in and the process involved.

Apart from following the sppeals process complain to the retailers involved and see if you can get them to get this cancelled ( all covered in the FAQ)

Signs show time allowed but I simply thought because I was on site I was ok.
Appeal acknowledged but I never got an outcome. If I had they state "if rejected they will give me POPLA forms
Unfortunately I did not appeal in the format you recommend.
My gym assured me they would back me when I appealed.
I really do not know what my next move should be. I have read all the new threads but could not find any where an outcome from an appeal has not been received.

So go back to the gym and make some more noise!!

What is the timeline since you appealed? How long since you appealed?

They acknowledged the appeal on 5th August. Did not hear anything and did not want to poke the fire. Final notice dated 25 Sept. I have Ben away and picked it up last night on my return.

It would appear I am too late to do anything.
The appeal was rejected on 26 Aug 2017 but they did reduce the fine to £20. Unfortunately it was sent via email which will have gone into my junk. No hard copy sent through the post.
I am now too late to go to POPLA.
Had I received a hard copy I would have dealt with it.
    Looks like I am screwed

    Not screwed'.

This has no bearing on the gym getting it cancelled. Keep pushing that!!

And just means you are in the same position as if popla had failed.

Read up on the debt collectors stage in the FAQ.

You can ignore everything you get except a lbcca or court correspondence

Sorry just noticed the thread title NSGL.

You are far from screwed they don't really do court

    http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/NSGL.html

It has also just got harder to go to court.
